The City of Toronto and the landowner recently reached a settlement on the rezoning application at Donway.
There is substantial planning work that needs to be completed ahead of any changes occurring at the property. We expect this planning work to occur over the course of 2025, and will update residents as we work through the more detailed plans. A link to the City staff report and settlement plans can be found below.
Project Overview
The redevelopment presents an opportunity to create a more complete and connected community, provide rental housing for a variety of household sizes, and deliver a new community park that is woven into the existing network of parks and trails.
